Remember the wise old creatures from the dark crystal? Well, thanks to our friend, Adam E. I have one in my fairy garden. I think the squirrels...or the gnomes liked it a little too much. I went to check on my little Ohm and he was a bit tattered. Maybe it was some fairy initiation ritual or something. Anyway, I thought I'd show you how cute he is.



Miles' friend Dale is installing a sconce in Lorraine's room today, so I'm sequestered to the computer room. Ahhhh..no, I'm loving it. I am the spider WEB girl you know.

I finished the first of Lorraine's many bday presents last night after doing my readings. (think Spider-ific baby) I'll take a photo of them when I'm done.

Spoke with the T-shirt dude. Yeah! We will have t's for Balticon..and lots of other LaM goodies too. I'll be posting the art for you to vote on very soon. What better way to have a successful t-shirt line than to have the fans vote!? So, look for them coming soon.

It's so nice to chat with all of you everyday. I'm working on a chatroom just for LaMies. So far, I've only found code with banner ads. I have ads.

Ohhhh Valentines day is right around the corner. Hey? Kitty and Lorraine! Where and when is our promised web cam conference, HUH? I feel left out. Just kidding..kinda...not really..AND where's the sassy pants photos Miss Fab-lo?

Cooking and websites

Malena and I had a talk this morning about the website and she is going to keep at it, amazing girl that she is. We want our avatar things back too!!!!! I just finally GOT one, tho not the one I wanted.

( that would be the picture of Malena in the chain mail top, she pointed out that it wasn't ME but HER, and I said it sure wasn't for lack of trying on my oart that I didn't look like that )

My poor workouts hit a snag with a sprained finger, darn it all, the thing is going to be fine but HURTS and all I can do is walk for a bit more. I am eating right tho, and getting something in every day.

Miss Kitty is coming out for a few dyas , and ought to be here soon. Malena wants pics, and I suppose you all do too. Very well then, me and the rhinestone pants!!!!!!

This is the true story of what happened to me at the grocery store today. Ah , America-land....Is it a wonder so many people are out of shape?????

Grocery clerk: Oh, ( seeing my groceries ) you must like to cook.

Me: well, yes, I do actually.

Her: Will your family eat that sort of thing.

Me: ( getting lost ) What sort of thing?

Her: You know, Cooking. It's not to weird for them???

Me: Noooo, cooking is not to weird for my family. They eat cooking....

I didn't ask what her family ate, tho I did wonder.

Hey LaMies! I've been making soap tonight. I took some photos of it while it was hot and it turned out looking like molten metal...BEAUTIFUL! I might use that photo for a background or something. (Psst! Lorraine's Bday is on the 15th. These are the stocking stuffers so to speak.)So here's before:

I've been in the mood to create lately..BIG surprise there. Kitty sent me a script that I just LOVE!!! Can I tell them about the movie yet Miss Meow?

I wish I could read, play the violin, sew, design, act and sing ALL at the same time! I can't be the only one who feels like time is speeding up. I guess that happens when you get older. Oh well, I'd rather be wise than young any day.

Lorraine taught me to play the beginning of "Norwegian Dance of Hungary" and the lead break for "Sonnet in the Dark" while she was here. Wehooo I'm a "fiddling" fool. Looking forward to playing more.

Got the Academy Award ballot the other day. Hmmm how should I vote? Not that it really matters, but it's fun and so Hollywood.

We're going to be giving away a LaM basket of goodies very soon. More details on that later. (Gotta consult with my other band half) A little perfume and smelly stuff couldn't hurt, right?
