Poor FabLo, all pixilated. Sleep and sunshine and Malena should bring you right around.

You do look like sisters! (Not that my sister and I look anything alike. But you know what I mean.)

Four hours still sounds a pretty long gig to me. Maybe you could take a day off from performing tomorrow?

You are a photographic bunch indeed.

Take good care of Ms. Fab, Malena!
Good luck reeling your brain back in, Lorraine!

ok, me & the weatherman are going to go a round.
guess i really can't complain, as people are dying in the midwest from weather complications.
however, we did postpone a marathon day because of torrential rain, and i wake up to sunny & 60*.
quick, slap me before the gods of graciousness get me.
tomorrow is perfect, thank you kindly spirits for the second chance.
Minky, you rock. i have to agree with you on brunettes,
although yesterday we were discussing fire-engine red for LOLO...hmmmm?

Heh. Even in high school I was saying, "Blondes may have more fun, but brunettes do it better."

And, no, I'm not blonde; never have been. Was a red-head for a little while when I was a toddler, but never blonde.

Oh, geeze!! I love all colors of hair! I do have a penchant for long hair, but I like things that are long, drippy, fringy, tasselly anyway. Danglies!

I have a strange natural hair color. Some think it's red, some blonde. I guess it's strawberry.

My daughter's hair is the color of a patina'ed penny and is down almost to her knee. We measured the other day at 46". She keeps it braided.

i may never catch up to her, Vanda, my hair is about 43" long, and i may cut off up to 6" of split ends this summer. i dunno, i can't bear to part with it, hehehehe

Hope the recovery progresses well and that both of you have great fun in sunny Cal. Enjoy taking some new picture memories (I hope we get to see them too)... :-)

My positive thoughts and wishes are being broadcast south to you.

I always wanted to be a redhead or a strawberry blonde, but will have to settle for light brown (with reddish lights in strong sunlight, but that doesn't really count!). I don't have the nerve to colour it.

Split ends or no, Ravyn's hair is gorgeous... and she's one of the few adult humans I know with longer hair than me (mine's about 35 inches - just below waist-length).

Yeah, Ravyn, she's got her father's hair gene. My hair is down to my bottom...but it is tapered and of many lengths. All my luvahs like me to keep it long. ;-)

Apple, Silica is the BEST for helping hair grow healthy and strong. Lorraine, Kitty and I did the sexiest rock star photoshoot last night. Photos soon to follow

apple: AFAIK, that is a myth. I've had my hair long, short and long, I've had friends the same way, and my daughter had her hair short once when she was five.

I don't know that there is any way to make your hair grow longer than it will grow. I think of it kind of like cat hair...you have long hairs and short hairs. It does help to take care of your hair and treat it like it is a delicate fiber. I use Aveda Sap Moss shampoo and conditioner, I never blow dry or curl UNLESS I am going somewhere really special where it is the best option (like New Years at the Yacht Club...and no, it isn't as impressive as it sounds). I keep my daughter's hair braided so it doesn't get pulled or broken, but I can't stand to have my hair tied up more than just a little bit. Other things that help, Ravyn and I use Monoi oil from Tahiti and Ojon (red palm nut butter) on our hair. That helps keep the hair moisturized, resilient and smoothes the cuticle.

Malena: Did you mean silicon? That is a prevalent ingredient in hair products and detanglers. If you meant silica, how do you use that on your hair? Is it sand? Do you need a mask when you use it so you don't get silicosis or is it in a creamy vehicle? I'm always looking for really good products. :-)

and may I say WOW on the hair lengths and congrats... mine is under 2 feet long... and probly at it's longest since I keep getting split ends cut off and never get past this length.
