Happy New Years, New Zealand!!!!!!!!!!!

If I have done my math right, and only time will tell, it is Happy New Years now in New Zealand!

I can't name everyone, as I know I will forget people, there are Fiends everywhere, but the only one I know who is in New Zealand is Hera!!!!!!

Happy New Years, M'dear!

Love and Many times zones,
Lorraine

One hour and fifty minutes to go here...the density of fireworks are building up.

Happy New Year in an hour or so, Sal! We've got exactly 12 hours to go.... And more family members arriving (sister number 2, plus her partner and his little girl, which will be lots of fun) Must go and make lots of soup, soon.

And Happy New Year to everyone, as soon as the correct timezones roll around...

Here there is a full day of work and many extra hours before 2009. Phiala Standard time, about 17 hours total.

But with Fiends world-wide, we can have a non-stop party!

Have a great time of it!

Any flying cars yet?

At 5:54 AM , Blogger Phiala said...

Really? You want flying cars??

I want the idiot drivers to stay on the ground, where there's at least LESS damage they can cause!

Happy New Year, Hera!

I think we should do some live chat for those Fiends who are online tonight...?

Naaah. Actually I want instant teleportation. But it's a tad tricky.

At 6:11 AM , Blogger Phiala said...

My cat could teleport, but she wouldn't teach me how.

See you all next year. Hehehe!

P.S. In case you're interested in the cutest Doctor Who action figures - ever!

Which reminds me of a cute picture I saw this morning.

Happy New Year to New Zealand!

That is WAY too cute. Has Lisa seem that?

Flying cars work for me, tho I want to be the only one in the air flying them.

14 hours 40 min. here till New Years, such excitement.

Where's Hera? This IS her country????

That is indeed a very cute picture.

If Ariandalen is around, I would just like to say thanks for pointing out my mistake in the Time Zone discussion; that Lorraine is three or so hours behind me ...

Partying, possibly?
Maybe she has a gig?

As for the poppet picture, the person who took the picture has a whole folder of them so I would assume that Lisa knows about this (but I could be wrong). I'd even wondered if the photograph was not one of us...

At 7:36 AM , Blogger FabulousLorraine said...

Might be one of us. Should be if not.

I need to change the time zone on my blog to have it be my time zone. But not today! No more math!

At 7:43 AM , Blogger Phiala said...

I have no poppets.

This must be remedied.

At 8:02 AM , Blogger Erin Underwood said...

No more math!

Maybe this site will help us figure out the NYE Count Down.

Has there ever been a Doctor Who New Years Special? That would be fun.

At 8:03 AM , Blogger Phiala said...

No more math? But today is a math day... yesterday was a word day, but today I must do numbers before I can do words.

At 8:11 AM , Blogger FabulousLorraine said...

No Poppets? That is very sad...

I am not doing math today! I am doing tubes, speaking of which, off I go....

At 8:14 AM , Blogger Phiala said...

It is rather sad. I think a poppet would get along quite well with my cow.

Tubes? I'd rather do math! Happily, that would be why I have my job and you have yours. :)

At 8:22 AM , Blogger spacedlaw said...

Happy tubbing!

Classic red poppet on sale.

Oh, Q, for your amusement: I just finished rereading "War for the Oaks", and was quite pleased to realize that after listening to so much Flash Girls, I now know what all the songs sound like. *grin*

Nathalie, I'm not allowed to look at ebay at work (boring silly people! And contradictory: my branch of the gummint uses ebay to sell off certain kinds of surplus, but employees are not allowed to look at online auction sites using government computers.), so I'll look later. Thanks!

Oh, drat, some of them are Cats Laughing instead, sorry! Too much ipod on shuffle... :(

Belated Happy New Year's to New Zealand; off to stock up on champagne now, as I obviously have some catching up to do (wanted to get the laundry out of the way first. Fod knows how my sheets would turn out if I did laundry AFTER world wide NYE toasting :) )

Poppet Face Off!! BRILLIANT!! (plus the notes feature is cool.)

As for the action figures, I'm afraid. Very afraid.

Helloooo! and happy new year!

I was out of town, partying on Waikuku beach.. now just collecting myself into one piece after all the goodness.. (summertime here and the silly season)

Went to a brilliant themed birhtday last week 'crowning glory' where you had to wear something on your head.. I made a crochet crown.. and painted a friends head to reveal his brain (tribute to hannibal)But in his brain I put glitter and rhinestones and a little flag that said 'party zone'

1 more week of holiday :)
