Aren't the clips fine? But they sure do make one point clear, Don't EVER piss off Malena!!!!! And that's not even as full of fury as our little un-dead creature vampire of doom of the deepest darkest beautiful night can GET, hee-hee. And she seems so sweet....
Don't have much to say, but I thought I would hop on and let you all know I am feeling better except for my left ear which is still all weird, doesn't hurt badly but it made for some weird things sound wise last night with Paul at Kipps. The room was real bouncy anyway, the back of the stage is lined with barrels, stacked outwards, not upright, and they face, uh, a row of barrels. Trust me, like playing in a soundproof room, and with the ear thing, like wearing headphones in a soundproof room.
Sort of like a studio, come to think on it.
I won $10 in our grocery store's Dash For Cash game. I had been only winning a dollar each card, which is what everyone wins and I kept saying, just ONCE I want more....The top prize is $1000 , just goes to show you, make your requests to the universe SPECIFIC, hee-hee.....
One of my fish died, but, these things happen, and I am sorry for the little guy, goldfish are cheap and he must have been very old. On the another pet front, MIsty the Cat is SO much happier since she got shaved, no matter how badly she looks. She is happy and runs around, seems to LIKE me and want to cuddle, and is a general delight. I think it hurt her, all those knots, and might keep it up. I told my vet what horrid job the groomer did and they told me they had someone who was really good with cats and would do a LION CUT on long haired cats with this problem ( use yr imaginations , guys ) She won''t let me brush or comb her, so I may try it. There WILL be pictures. I'll try brushing her first as it grows out and see of she will learn to like it.....
Hope all of you are loving spring, I will too if it EVER stops raining here, Sea of Mud is my new name for this town! ( for those of you in LA, SPRING is a SEASON, there are FOUR of them , all with different weather )

Glad to hear you're better Lorraine:) Hope the ear weirdness goes away soon, 'cause that has got to make playing sound really odd.
Hopefully now Misty will let you brush her now the knots are out. It's hard when you have a longhaired cat..I used to have to cut mats off of our family cat when I was a teenager because I was the only one he'd LET do it.
Heeheehee..seasons. We have those in Indiana, but I think they're called Tornado/Pollen (spring) Evil Humidity (Summer) Pretty Leaves (Fall) and All Day Grey (winter). LOL
You're correct Lorraine, Malena's sound & fury film clips were awesome! I thought what a Medea she'll make! Sorry to heard about your goldfish, I hope you gave the poor little thing a proper burial and didn't flush it down the WC. Love reading about you hitting the winning ticket. Isn't great fun to win cash and $10.00 dollars isn't rather nice. You can buy alot with $10.00, a great paperback book, a few Happy Meals, two champagne slipts and in my case a half of tank of gas. Gas is up to $3.12 in Southern California. I'm also pleased that you're feeling better but please do see a doctor about that ear! Also, I'm one who brushes my Tebby Bear hamster Door's fur. I use a infant baby brush it's super soft and Door loves it. Just an idea for your Queen of Beast Misty. Take care and I hope you win the big cash prize! Namaste.

Oh the pleasures of living in the midwest, love your descriptions tuaregblue. Tho All Day Grey pretty much covers every season cept summer here! It's getting colder here this week, but no snow - ewwww, that's awful Lorraine! Hope your ear is feeling much, much better! It's no fun not being able to hear well. Take care!

My ear is better. Now we need a get well to Kitty-Cat who is down with it ( did I psychicly give it to her??? No...) and to Mary-save-my-life-Housekeeper from The Gods who is very ill too. ( I most likely DID give it to her...) Feel better, Ladies!

Thank you Lorraine for informing us about Miss Cat's condition I'll pray and send her spiritual chicken soup for her health! It's a full moon so positive energy should be strong! Be thankful for the snow! Because of the lack of rain this winter they're talking about water rationing in Southern Califonia. A friend of mine who lives in La Habra told me they're already rationing water there. No watering the lawns or washing of cars and take quick showers no baths! So count your blessings. Namaste.

Glad you're feeling better, Ms. Fabulous. Here's to Ms. Kitty and Ms. Mary feeling better. The bad thing about ear infections is that everything still sounds wonky for a week or two after the infection is all cleared up.

How odd is that? I have left-ear-weirdness too. It's almost vertigo-inducing. Fortunately I have been to the dr and she's given me a spray thingy which seems to help.
Hope yours is better soon... at least I don't need my ears for anything special!

The seven car pile-up was a five-car pile-up which I had successfully avoided until a car hit me from behind and added me to the pile. My poor car...

You know, you really could have kept the snow up in Minnesota and Michigan. We really don't need it here in Central Texas. We've just had a solid hour of snow which has actually stuck and there's about an inch on the ground. It's really strange seeing snow on oaks with green leaves.
And yes, I've taken pictures.
